Ramesh Sippy new NFDC chairperson

Well-known filmmaker Ramesh Sippy has been appointed the new chairperson of the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC).
“Yes, Mr. Sippy has been appointed the new chairperson of NFDC. The order came out yesterday (Monday),” an Information and Broadcasting ministry source said. He will take charge from the outgoing chairperson, veteran actor Om Puri.
