The history of relation between two countries is known to the whole World. Indo Egypt Cultural Forum has been created to further promote and develop the relations through art, culture and films. 

Sandeep Marwah has taken a great initiative in different kinds of activities so that the awareness of Indian culture in Egypt and Egyptian Culture in India should be known by the common people. 

Special meets, workshops, seminars, interaction programs, film festivals etc have been planned in the near future.

The writer of the book Alishetty Trilokinath has mastered the art of astrology and is the receipient of Jyotish Tatnakar Award and Jyotish Tatvadarshan Award. Penta Anil Kumar an education consultant spoke about the book and its content. “The facilities and development available in these two industries have not only highlighted but uplifted the growth of our entertainment industry many folds” added Marwah remembering the time spent with late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi during eighties.

The day is also observed as “Sadbhavana Diwas” and Akshay Urja Diwas. Several functions across the nation are being held to pay tributes to the departed leader.

President Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Vice President Moahammed Hamid Ansari, Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar, Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit, and several other leaders paid tributes to Rajiv Gandhi at his Samadhi, Veer Bhumi, in the national capital.

Celebrating 65th Independence Day at Noida Film City with the students of Film, Television and Media, teachers and management of Asian Education Group Sandeep Marwah emphasized on the need to upgrade the society as far as culture, education and feeling of patriotism is concerned. 

The whole campus was decorated with the tricolor flags and the environment was charged with patriotic songs by Radio Noida. The event was supported by Mahatma Gandhi Forum, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Forum, International Film And Television Club and International Public Broadcasting Forum. 

Sandeep Marwah declared to open and support more tiny schools in slums and villages for free education to the unprivileged children this month in continuation to other seven schools supported by Asian Academy Of Film And Television under the banner ‘Apna School’.

Hundreds of girls and boys students donated their blood in a specially organized camp at Marwah Studios campus here today. The camp was organized in collaboration with Rotary Noida Blood Bank. 

Sandeep Marwah, President Marwah Studios congratulated the students for their humane gesture and hailed it as yet another initiative of the socially conscious students and faculty of AAFT, ASMS and ABS- the three prestigious schools of Asian Educational Society. 

Dr Sameer Kumar, Medical Director of the Blood Bank expressed his gratitude at the large turn-out of the students despite heavy rains and recalled the long standing association with Marwah Studios. 

Before donating the blood, the students were explained that periodcal donation doesn’t affect their health. In fact it keeps them hail and hearty.

 “I cannot forget the giant and huge presence of Shammi Uncle on the opening of Marwah Studios at Noida film City on 10th March 1991, where more than 1000 people were almost running after this great film personality leaving many top stars at side. He had that charm, that aura” said Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios on the demise of veteran actor Shammi Kapoor this morning. 

“Its difficult to believe that Shammi Kapoor is no more. A single man who himself was an entertainment industry” Marwah added. Shammi Kapoor started his carrier in Prithvi Theatre with his father Prithiraj Kapoor. He was second to Raj Kapoor and elder to Shashi Kapoor. 

Shammi Kapoor signed his first film as a hero with Chand Usmani in “Jeevan Jyoti”with  Kardar film company, under the direction of Mahesh Kaul. Shammi Kapoor’s big success came with Tumsa Nahin Dekha which was released in 1957 followed by Dil Deke Dekho, Mujrim, Ujala, Singapore, College Girl, Boy Friend, Basant, Preet Na Jane Reet. 

“Shammi Kapoor was one of the best appreciated actors of Indian Film Industry who raised the level of Indian Cinema to higher platform” emphasized Sandeep Marwah. Shammi Kapoor’s super hit films includes  Teesri Manzil, Budtameez, Laat Saheb, An Evening In Paris, Tumse Achha Kaun Hai, Jawan Mohabbat, Prince, Brahmachari, Pagla Kahin Ka, Andaaz, Sachai, Pritam, Chote Sarkar, Jaane Anjaane.

The unparalleled thespian of Hindi cinema Kishore Kumar was fondly remembered by the faculty and students of Asian Academy of Arts at Marwah Studios on his birth anniversary. Almost everybody turned out to be his personal fan at Noida Film City. 

Speakers after speakers narrated personal anecdotes of their association with the versatile genius that he was. Dean Cinema, Ashok Tyagi recalled the singing session on the sets of Return of the Jewel Thief. Dean AAA Satish Anand highlighted the achievements of Kishore Kumar.

After offering floral tribute to his smiling pictorial profile, Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios hoped that such events would inspire Asian Academy of Film and Television to be as multi-faceted as Kishore was in Chalti ka Naam Gaadi in which he was producer, director, actor, singer, music director, script and dialogue writer that remains a record till date.

Glowing tributes were paid to the perennial gold voice of Hindi cinema Mohammad Rafi on his 21st death anniversary at the Asian Academy Of Film and Television. Speaking on this occasion the director Sandeep Marwah said that the present generation of film makers should be grateful because of legacy they have inherited. 

Rafi claimed to have recorded 28,000 songs in 11 Indian languages between 1944 and April 1980. Rafi has sung 4,516 Hindi film songs, 112 non-Hindi film songs, and 328 private (non-film) songs.  His singing career spanned about 40 years, and his songs ranged from classical numbers to patriotic songs, sad lamentations to highly romantic numbers, qawwalis to ghazals and bhajans, and from slow melancholic tunes to fast and melodious fun filled songs

Dean cinema Ashok Tyagi recalled the contribution of Rafi Sahab in making actors from Dilip Kumar to Amitabh Bachchan by lending his voice. Joint Director R.K.Singh and Dean Om Gupta of Asian School Media studies also spoke about him. The faculty and students of different schools of Marwah Studios were present on this occasion. Marwah Studios, a Creative Enterprises well known as founders of Film City, Noida has joined hands with forthcoming International Sufi Festival a project designed by Divine Abode informed Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios.
Divine Abode, is a non-profit organization which is currently promoting International Peace & Oneness. The Founder/ Chairperson Begum Gulshaa is from the blessed lineage of a Sufi saint Hazrath Sultan Gul Shah Qadri Chishti, from the Northern Frontiers of Afghanistan. Gulshaa Begum, a Sufi mystic, was blessed to experience a spiritual awakening which opened up her experience of God’s reality.
The International Sufi Festival India 2011 is going to be a yearly festival that will take place in Ajmer, Rajasthan. It brings together performers and artists from around the world. Sufi arts, culture and heritage are at the heart of the programme. The festival is supported by Interfaith Foundation India.

The festival aims to capture and project the messages and spirit of Sufism. The festival promises to be an entertaining and enchanting week with different kinds of events from 21st Oct 2011 to Oct 27th 2011. The festival will showcase performers, artists, exhibitions, art & crafts, fashion, Sufi books, poetry, mystical photography from the local areas, different parts of the country and abroad.

Seminar on “Demystifying the Myths of Personal Finance” was held in Asian Business School on 5th August 2011. The program was on the basic principles of Personal Finance. It gave a wider perspective into the intricacies of Personal Finance and helped removing the myths attached to it. A genuine effort was made by the staff and the students to bring out the most
distilled financial wisdom packaged in most attractive and enriching format.

Prof. Sandeep Marwah, Director, Asian Business School shared his personal finance tips with the students. Mr. Sanjiv Tandan- CEO-Global Adviser Ltd. highlighted various aspects of investments and options available in different asset classes to suit different age bracket and strata. Mr. Kunal Saraogi-CEO-Equity Rush spoke about the advent of variety of financial
products and how to predict business cycle with clinical accuracy. An avid speaker in different business channels and a technical analyst of repute encouraged students to follow the biography of legendry investor “Warran Buffet” and invest judiciously. Mr. Manish Mayank-Area Manager, UNICON Securities focused on Life Insurance needs and advantages. He talked about the latest policy trends and how ULIP as a product can be a great investment tool. Mr. Bharat Venishetti, Senior Manager, Corporate Investments Products Kotak Mahindra Bank advised students to adopt a systematic approach while making Investment choices.

Dr. Latika Sahni-Dean, Asian Business School addressed the delegates and the students and gave a talk on the vision, mission and ideology of Asian Business School. In the end the vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Rupali Misra Nigam, Program Coordinator.

Sandeep Marwah is a renowned international media personality, the founder of Asian Academy of Film & Television & Asian School of Media Studies, has been nominated as Director of Asian School Of Communication, a school promoted by Asian Society of Film And Television and University of Central Lancashire, United Kingdom to honor British Degree in India. 

 Sandeep Marwah has been instrumental in establishing the Film City of North India in Noida. The success saga of Asian Academy of Films and Television (AAFT) continues to flow unabated. The latest feather in its already coveted cap was added today with the release of tragi-comedy Hair is Falling This film has come close on the heels of the directroral venture ‘Teen the Bhai’ by another AAFTIAN Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and Luv Ranjan’s Pyar ka Panchnama.

The latest presentation “Hair is falling deals with the tragic phenomenon of receding hairline among youth because of all kinds of tension and anxiety that the pressure of life in the fast lane is causing. In one breath it produced comic situations and in another it lends agony and pain.

The film is produced by Priyanka, both from the AAFT, written by Vikas Taliyan, and directed by Vicky Bhardwaj. Sanjana Tewari along with AAFTIans Rajsh Bhardwaj and Lalit Kumar play major roles in the film. A 10-minute film on Indian cinema, ‘Longest Kiss was also shown on the occasion.

Introducing the film and the star-alumni of AAFT, its director Sandeep Marwah said that this film has once again proved that creativity and entertainment have become the sine qua non of this prestigious institute. Its students continue to create ripples in Bollywood and they have a bright future.

Some of the students of 1975 batch of Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodi Estate gathered to recollect old memories as back as thirty five years. Deepak Raj a textile dealer flew down from America and Anil Sardana Managing Director of Tata Power from Mumbai to attend the meet.
