Why Deepika and Asin don’t see eye-to-eye anymore?

What would Bollywood be without catfights? We keep hearing stories of rivalries between actresses and their petty fights. So, when we came to know Deepika Padukone was good friends with Asin, it came as a breath of clean air. Now, however, the buzz has it that their friendship is going unpleasant, all because of a movie.The grapevine is abuzz with reports that once-upon-a time- pals Deepika and Asin don’t see eye-to-eye anymore.
The cause is believed to be Anees Bazmee’s untitled film, which is a remake of southern hit Ready. What we learned from our sources is that Deepika was first approached by Anees for the film, which also stars Salman Khan. But Deepika showed some unwillingness in signing on the spotted line owing to her tight schedule. A source says, “The moment Anees realised this, he rushed to Asin to sign her for the film.” Now Asin is officially onboard but Deepika is miffed that she said yes to a film which was first offered to her.
We hear she was eyeing the role and was keen to work with Anees and Salman. And this, it seems, has come in the way of their friendship.Anees is presently working on his other project, Thank You, and is in Canada with the unit. A mole from Anees’s team says the filmmaker had also considered Genelia D’Souza for the role.Looks like Asin has made a lot of girls disturb by bagging the project.
