Promotions play a vital part for any film. Especially from the past few years we have seen promotions being as important as making a film. Specialized strategies are adopted as per the concept of the film demands. Delhi 6 has also started their promotions in the most unique manner and with the film just one week away from its release, the cast and crew are seen all over the place promoting their film. Be it personal interviews, directors cut, making of film or special promotional strategy, Delhi 6 is all for it. The weekend caught hold of Abhishek Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor in visting places like Indian Idol sets, Inorbit Mall and Big FM. Big FM was graced by Abhishek as he went live on air for his film. Abhi and Sonam also visited the semi final of Indian Idol where they boosted the contestants and as well as promoted their film. The most unique promotion was in Inorbit Mall where the whole cast and crew was present for a Caravan trip across all small towns in India. The places of visit shall also hold a mela called the Delhi 6 Mela which would have things synonymous to Delhi like the chaat and so on. Abhishek and Sonam will also take trips to discover and show the true India. Well with so many promotions looks like the week is only going to see Abhishek, Sonam and Rakeysh all over the place. We wish the film also becomes as big a hit as the promos, songs and promotions are.
